Tom’s favorite part of the building process was always the start of a new project. He liked planning a new project and breaking ground. Today, Tom enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, children and grandchildren. He loves cooking out for his friends and family, playing cards, hunting and travels any chance he gets.

If Matthew weren’t building houses, he would have loved to spend time farming cattle. He enjoys taking his four kids out to work on their small farm, hunt and work on projects outside. He has always gravitated to the outdoors and hopes someday to do a little more traveling with his family. His favorite part of the building process is seeing the house take shape after all the planning.

Ashley has a passion for small business. Her favorite part of building custom homes is helping clients design and manage their projects so they can live their lives while the build progresses. Ashley loves time she has with their four kids, watching them grow and teaching them about life and the business.

Aaron has a long history in the building trades, with almost a decade spent specializing in foundations. He has managed both commercial and residential jobsites in more recent years. Aaron’s favorite parts of the residential building process are framing and finish carpentry. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jill, and their three girls, camping and remodeling their home.

Kenny has been with Beckman Construction for several years as a carpenter while he attended college. Kenny graduates from Indiana University, Southeast in December of 2024. Kenny enjoys spending time with his family and girlfriend when he is not working full time or attending classes.

Sarah comes to Beckman Construction with over a decade in interior design, with specific experience in kitchen and bath design. She has helped clients visualize their residential design projects since graduating from Indiana State University in 2012 with a degree in Interior Design. Sarah and her husband Todd love spending time with their three children, traveling and working on their home.

Lyndsey, an educator, has been with Beckman Construction since January of 2024. She uses her strength in organization and adult education to manage administrative tasks and our safety program. Lyndsey enjoys spending time with her husband Jeremy and their son, Ezra. Lyndsey enjoys raising chickens, knitting and homeschooling their son.

Chynna has spent many years telling stories with her photography. With a professional background in sales, she combines the two skillsets to manage marketing for Beckman Construction. She is dedicated to helping clients understand how we can help build their dreams. Chynna and her husband Tyler are raising their family in the farm life and traveling every chance they get.

Philicity is a full-time student at Miami University, Ohio, where she is majoring in Interior Design. She assists with design projects and selections during her Summer breaks and throughout the school year. When she is not working or in school, she enjoys spending time and family and friends.
